Instructions:

If you would like to request a career-related

presentation for your class or student group, please

enter the following information and submit the form

using the button at the bottom. To enable us to try

and honor your request, please submit this form

at least 7 days prior to your preferred

presentation date.

You will be contacted by a

Career Development staff member shortly. Please

respond to that email within 3 days to further

discuss your expectations.
